From eating interesting food combinations that stink up the carriage, to mass brawls breaking out, Londoners have witnessed a host of strange occurrences on the Tube.
Commuters in the capital have seen quite a few sights, with only a few truly shocking things able to distract people from their phones.
However, one passenger was truly shocked when a fellow public transport commuter started massaging his partner’s bare feet.
Lola Browne was traveling on the Northern Line of the London Underground and was overjoyed when she managed to get a seat in the busy carriage.
But her journey quickly took a turn for the worse in a TikTok that has since gone viral with more than 1.4 million views and 311,000 likes.

The peaceful journey was quickly interrupted by a cheeky couple who couldn’t keep their hands off each other.
Right next to Lola sat a man wearing a black puffer jacket and blue jeans.
His female partner then sat down opposite him, looking slightly worse for wear.
In the TikTok, the woman appears to be holding a bag of takeaway food and a pack of cigarettes.
Suddenly, she takes one foot out of her Ugg boots and puts her leg across the aisle onto her partner’s lap, blocking the walkway.
He then starts caressing and rubbing her bare soles, just millimeters away from Lola’s legs as the train approaches Euston station.
“Get me out of here immediately,” she mutters. Other passengers were amazed by the bizarre images.
One person said: ‘Not to be dramatic but I would text the TFL police’, with a second joking: ‘See it, say it, settled’.

Meanwhile, someone else wondered, “What kind of love is this?”
Others commented: ‘What’s happening?’ and ‘I might just start screaming, I don’t know’.
“London’s underground is truly an experience,” added another Brit.
Another guessed: ‘This is definitely the Bakerloo Line’, with Lola confirming it was the Northern Line.
“Get the London look” and “Normal day in London,” others joked.
The incident comes just after a pregnant woman sparked a debate online by complaining that it took 10 minutes for someone to offer her a seat on the subway.
Sophia Amelia, who posts under @sophiaamelia92, shared a video of the experience on TikTok, which has already been viewed by more than 244,000 people.
In the clip, the mother records the scene in the tube as it passes several stops while standing upright and no one offers her a seat.
She captioned the video, “It literally took me 10 minutes to get a seat this day.
‘I have a baby on board badge and people saw me very clearly and then quickly looked at their phones.
‘Eventually a woman offered me her seat, but it’s ALWAYS women who do that, avoid men.’
The video quickly circulated online as people voiced their differing opinions – with some insisting that the mother should ask for a seat.
One user wrote: ‘Just ask? I hardly pay attention to my surroundings on the TV.’
