Commanders VP is FIRED after calling Washington’s black players ‘homophobic’ and Cowboys owner Jerry Jones racist in damning video secretly recorded on a date

A Washington Commanders executive who was recently suspended by the franchise over inflammatory comments he made on a secretly recorded date has been fired, a team spokesperson confirmed to Mail Sport.

Rael Enteen, the franchise’s Vice President of Content, went on a date with an undercover reporter for O’Keefe Media Group – and claimed that the team’s black players were “homophobic,” that Cowboys owner Jerry Jones was racist and that some players in the league were “fucking stupid.”

He told the O’Keefe Media reporter: ‘A large part [of the Commanders roster] are very low-income African Americans who come from a community that is inherently very homophobic.’

“I love hip-hop, hip-hop is very homophobic,” he added. “It’s a cultural thing and I hope it gets better.”

Enteen also accused the players of homophobia from more than just the black community within the team, claiming that 50 percent of the players are white and religious, suggesting that they are homophobic as well, in line with anti-LGBTQIA+ Christian teachings.

He also called NFL fans “mouth breathers” before criticizing the NFL’s social justice initiatives. such as the competition’s commitment to ‘Black Lives Matter’, Pride, Diversity, Equality and Inclusion, as ‘performative’ for the sake of good publicity.

O’Keefe Media was founded by James O’Keefe, a self-described “guerrilla journalist” who previously founded the right-wing activist group Project Veritas.

As with the Enteen date, that company made extensive use of undercover tactics and was accused by some of deception. In 2022, the company was convicted by a federal jury of violating the wiretapping law.

During the secret conversation, Enteen also called NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell a “$50 million puppet.”

He suggested that Goodell is controlled by the NFL owners and accused Jones, the owner of the Dallas Cowboys, of pulling the strings.

He also alleged that Jones harbors racist and homophobic prejudices. “I think he hates gays and black people,” he said.

Enteen joined the Commanders in 2020 as Senior Director of Content Strategy, before being promoted to Vice President of Content in April 2022.

He previously worked for the New York Jets for two years, between 2016 and 2018, as Director of Digital and Social Media.
