A shocking brawl between rival baseball fans during the Commanders vs. Cardinals game at FedEx Field on Sunday was captured on video.

Martino Ankara, wearing a Ray Lewis jersey, fell on the steps and was hit six times by the unidentified Commanders fan during the game in which the Washington Commanders defeated the Arizona Cardinals 20-16 in Week 1 of the season.

The two men’s female dates were also brawling, pulling each other’s hair and threatening kicks in the stands.

Ankara appeared unwilling to leave after the fight and still shouted something at a guard in a yellow shirt who tried to escort him off the field.

Ankara appeared on FOX 5 on Tuesday and spoke about his experiences.

“I have no idea,” he said when asked why he was being charged.

Ankara said he went to the match to support his girlfriend, a Commanders fan. “I cheered for the commanders,” he said.

He claims the fan in a row in front of him started spewing vitriol at him.

“He pushed me first!” he emphasized in his interview.

Prince George’s County police said they have charged him for what happened after the video was recorded, the details of which remain unclear.

Ankara has cuts on his arms and hands and stitches on his face. The man was treated at Inova Alexandria Hospital in Virginia.

The girlfriends of the two men also received blows, pulled each other’s hair and crashed into the stands

In a video filmed before the fight, Ankara and a fan were seen shouting at each other.

Ankara’s girlfriend pulled him back in an attempt to stop him, until she was pushed to the ground and kicked by another fan.

Both Ankara and his girlfriend wore Baltimore Ravens jerseys.

It remains unknown what happened after the video stopped recording.

Ankara insisted he did not start the fight and had no idea why he was being charged
