Bikie’s associates are scouring the Middle East and Europe trying to find the hidden millions and assets belonging to Comanchero boss Mark Buddle.

Buddle is currently remanded in a Victorian jail where he faces drug charges and charges of attempting to import $40 million worth of cocaine.

It comes after he spent years in hiding abroad and building his empire before authorities in Turkey caught up with him and extradited him to Australia in August.

The associates fear that their empire and assets will collapse in their absence, prompting them to launch a treasure hunt of sorts to try and win them back.

He is believed to own a $1.5 million luxury apartment in Istanbul’s Sapphire Tower, villas in the Turkish resort town of Bodrum and several assets in Dubai.

Buddle is also understood to have shares in a tour operator and several fuel companies in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

The search for his assets has already taken a turn and his associates are believed to have “lost the key” to his apartment in Sapphire Tower. the daily telegraph informed.

The search comes as rifts within the Comanchero motorcycle gang are reportedly growing between associates loyal to Buddle and those who follow drug lord Hakan Ayik.

Ayik is reportedly still active in Turkey along with 42-year-old Duax Ngakuru.

Ngakuru, the international boss and ‘supreme commander’ of the outlaw biker gang Comanchero, was arrested in Turkey on Sunday.

His arrest is the latest in a series of seizures linked to the AN0M encrypted app with authorities warning that Ngakuru’s good friend Ayik could be next.

Ayik and Ngakuru went to school together at James Cook Boys High School of Technology in the southern Sydney suburb of Kogarah and were photographed together in Turkey.

A selfie taken of the couple in 2020 showed them outside the Kings Cross Hotel in Istanbul.

The hotel is owned by Ayik and is allegedly the headquarters of the ‘Aussie Cartel’, a group with ties to the Comancheros.

The selfie was posted on the encrypted app AN0M, which was supposed to allow participants to speak freely, but was in fact created by the FBI and monitored by AFP.

AFP assistant commissioner Nigel Ryan warned that any suspected crime would be tracked no matter where it was.
