Colts QB Anthony Richardson OUT of Texans game after suffering first-half concussion while scoring second of two rushing touchdowns

Quarterback Anthony Richardson was left out of the Colts’ game against the Texans after suffering a concussion in the first half.

Richardson scored two rushing touchdowns in less than six minutes during Sunday’s game at Houston.

But while scoring the second touchdown, Richardson was crushed by Marvin Stewart Jr., causing the quarterback’s head to bounce off the floor.

He went to the locker room for tests but did not return to the field, with Gardner Minshew taking over at quarterback.
