Two women are caught trying to smuggle cocaine by sewing the drug into their ‘narco wigs’: police arrested them at several Colombian airports as they prepared for their trip to Spain

  • Last Thursday, two women were arrested at two Colombian airports trying to smuggle cocaine to Madrid
  • The drugs were hidden in the wigs they wore and also in their vaginas
  • One of the suspects is 30 years old and was apprehended at a Cali airport with 900 grams of cocaine in plastic-wrapped pellets sewn to her wig
  • The other woman was apprehended at an airport in Medellín with 600 grams of the type A drug hidden in plastic-wrapped pellets.

Shocking police footage shows how far Colombian drug trafficking organizations are willing to go to smuggle drugs into the European market.

Two women were detained in separate incidents last week when they tried to board flights to Spain with cocaine on their wigs and sewn into their genitals.

The first suspect, 30, was stopped at Alfonso Bonilla Aragón International Airport in Cali as she passed through the security area on her way to the gate for her trip to Madrid, a surveillance camera showed.

The woman shows her passport to the security guard and proceeds to put her luggage through the x-ray machine before going through the metal detector.
