Colo Heights, NSW: Children among multiple people injured after minibus flipped on Putty Rd

Young children are among those injured after a minibus is believed to have overturned on a road northwest of Sydney.

The accident happened around 9am on Saturday morning on Putty Rd in Colo Heights, an hour and 45 minutes’ drive north-west of Sydney’s CBD.

Seven people are being treated on site by emergency services, including children between five and thirteen years old.

A 49-year-old man has a broken arm and a 13-year-old girl was treated for a laceration to her shoulder, NSW Police said 7News.

A 40-year-old woman, three boys and a girl were taken to Westmead Hospital for assessment.

The accident happened around 9am on Saturday morning on Putty Rd in Colo Heights, an hour and 45 minutes’ drive north-west of Sydney’s CBD.

Police investigations are underway.
