College football star’s stunning fan goes viral – here’s the catch, it’s not his girlfriend

The quarterback of the Vanderbilt University football team, Diego Pavia, makes headlines, but it’s his mother, Antoinette Padilla, who really steals the show.

On Saturday, the star’s mother headed to the stands to watch her son play football against the University of South Carolina at FirstBank Stadium in Nashville, where she went viral on social media for her stunning looks.

Padilla, who was dressed in an oversized Vanderbilt Jersey and matching lanyard, turned around as her honey-brown, accentuated hair fell down her back.

She even added a “V” sticker for Vanderbilt to her cheek to complete the sassy look in support of her son.

And even though her 23-year-old son led the team to its historic loss to Alabama earlier this season, fans on X, formerly known as Twitter, were just as captivated by his mother’s performance in the stands last weekend.

“All I’m saying about Vandy is that Diego Pavia’s mother is fine (as f***),” someone wrote on X.

Another agreed: “With respect… Diego Pavia’s mother.”

“Diego Pavia’s mom #yes,” someone else typed.

One X user commented: ‘The moms are definitely prettier now.’

The conversation also continued on Reddit in a postgame thread on Saturday night.

“What I learned today: Our defense will continue to feast. Diego Pavia has a really hot mom,” said one Reddit user.

Someone else agreed: ‘Can confirm. Mom is a smoke show.”

Pavia also told the outlet that his mother was very supportive, as she came to “98 percent” of his soccer games, along with his brother Roel, who attended “97 percent” of the games.

After his win against Alabama in October, Pavia explained that Padilla, who raised him as a single mother, always had a “winning mentality.”

“She raised me to be a winner,” Pavia said of his mother at the time Vandy Sports.

“My mother, she hates losing more than winning.”

His sister Abrielle, who is in group eight, also likes to support her brother.

“We only celebrate when he wins,” Roel told VandySports. ‘That’s it.’

Pavia also admitted that he thought it was only a matter of time before his family and friends would go viral cheering on the quarterback in the stands.

“If they put a camera on those guys, they’d go viral every time,” the quarterback said of his brother and his friends.

“Those guys are like, ‘holy crap.’ Some things don’t make sense, but it’s pure comedy. People would love it. If they put a camera on all of us, people would pay to watch it.”
