College football star Travis Hunter reveals which NFL team he wants to be drafted by after leaving Colorado
Colorado standout Travis Hunter has revealed he hopes to be selected by the Denver Broncos in the 2025 NFL draft.
Hunter is among the favorites to win the 2024 Heisman Trophy as he continues to shine for the Buffaloes as both wide receiver and cornerback.
The junior played under Deion Sanders in Boulder the past two seasons, building a reputation as one of the brightest talents in college football.
The 21-year-old is expected to join the NFL next year and he hopes to remain in the Denver area.
“I wish I could go to the Broncos just to stay in Colorado because so many people welcomed them with open arms,” Hunter told the newspaper. Kick it with Dee podcast.

“I wish I could go to the Broncos just to stay in Colorado,” the Buffaloes’ two-time star said
“They showed us love that we would never have gotten in any other place.
But most of all, Hunter hopes to be selected first overall, an honor that went to Caleb Williams in 2024 when the quarterback ended up in Chicago.
“I never dreamed of it until a few years ago when I knew I had a chance to be the first pick,” Hunter explained.
‘That became my main goal: to become first choice. I don’t even care where it is.’
This season, Hunter has six touchdowns and 561 yards for the 4-1 Buffaloes, whose next game is Oct. 12 against Kansas State.
