Golden Globe winner Colin Farrell has revealed that he has been in touch with two-time Oscar nominee Jeremy Renner, who is still in hospital recovering from a horrific snowplow accident.

‘Yes, I have been in contact and reached out to him. He’s doing well I think,” said the 46-year-old Irishman. Eastern Time on Sunday.

“I loved working on this movie for probably very obvious reasons,” the Thirteen Lives star told ET.

‘The script was extraordinary. I was working with people who I love very much and have worked with before and have a lot of history with.

“And I had to go home, to, you know, my home country, and see parts of the country and film in parts of the country that I don’t get to go to very often. It was an extraordinary experience.’
