She and the rest of the camp completed the grueling task, which meant they were treated to a night of booze, snacks and karaoke.

Despite being known for her lavish beach getaways, Coleen left I’m A Celebrity viewers speechless after revealing one of her favorite holiday destinations is significantly closer to home.

The mother-of-four, famous for her numerous exotic holidays, admitted she fell in love with Butlins after taking her children to the holiday resort of Skegness on a whim.

“It kept coming on the TV, Butlins, Butlins, so I went and it was Diversity going on, it was the May holidays I think,” she recalled of their unlikely visit.

Coleen, 38, revealed that eldest son Kai, 14, loved it so much that when he returned to school he told his teacher he had ‘the best holiday I’ve ever had’.

As Coronation Street star Alan Halsall revealed he spent two weeks caravanning before flying to Australia, Coleen admitted he was caravanning in Wales ‘a few times a year’ with Wayne and their children.

Reflecting on the entertainment at the caravan site, she added: ‘They used to have a band called The Hut, you’d take all your own beer, you’d all get up and sing a song!’

DJ Melvin Odoom praised Coleen’s down-to-earth nature, saying, “That girl is down to earth. I think I’m more bouji than Coleen!’

Coleen, Melvin and Alan also shared their experiences of caravan park holidays as children.

Melvin said: ‘My only family holiday when my parents were together was Scarborough at a caravan park and I loved it!’

Alan added: ‘That was pretty much all we did until I was 12. I never went abroad until I was twelve years old.

‘Every year we would go to this farm in the Lake District and it was just a caravan and there were fishing lakes and stuff, and we would go fishing or rock climbing and we would play hide and seek in the hay. bummed and all, it was unbelievable.”

Coleen said of her childhood: ‘We had one when we were kids, my dad bought it for £200 and it didn’t have a toilet so we had a dunny and we called it the p*** pot.

‘We got £50 back when it was demolished, so we got our money’s worth!’

During Monday night’s show, Coleen admitted that husband Wayne asked for her hand in marriage after they called a gas station.
