Brad Gilbert has announced that he will no longer be working with American tennis star Coco Gauff.
The legendary coach, who has also worked with players such as Andre Agassi, Andy Roddick and Andy Murray, helped Gauff to her first Grand Slam victory at the US Open last year.
But on Wednesday, Gilbert confirmed the split on social media, after the 20-year-old had a rough few months.
“Thank you Coco Gauff and the entire team for an absolutely amazing Summer Run 2023 and for 14 months of incredible team effort,” he wrote.
“Coco, at only 20 years old, your future looks incredibly bright, and I wish you nothing but continued success. I look forward to the next chapter in my coaching career.”
