A billionaire media mogul with a string of sex abuse convictions has now been ordered to pay $900 million to a former associate in what is believed to be the largest sexual damages award in history.

Alkiviades ‘Alki’ David was warned to ‘never think of violating another woman’s body’ when former production assistant Mahim Khan won a $58 million sex judgment against him in 2019.

But the founder of Hologram USA was ordered to pay the record amount by an LA jury on Monday after learning he was already raping another employee.

He was accused of inflicting “severe sexual harassment and assault, including rape” on the former model, named Jane Doe in court, from February 2016 to April 2019.

Shortly after she was hired, a female coworker warned her about the “alarmingly hostile” work environment, reporting that David forcibly kissed her, the lawsuit alleged.

Weeks later, Doe rebuffed his attempt to kiss her during a business trip to his private island in Greece, and was fired shortly afterwards.

But in 2018, he reached out again to offer her a job as a brand ambassador for his cannabis production company Swiss-X.

The lawsuit alleged that after agreeing, he took her to a hotel room where he persuaded her to taste the product before forcing her to touch his penis while he masturbated.

The following April, she was called to a business meeting in a small room, where he raped her in front of one of his Doberman pinschers.

“It’s so despicable, the facts of this case.” said Dordick. “He raped my client while he was on trial in another case.”

By then, the mogul had already lost $80 million in a series of sexual abuse judgments dating back to 2014.

He settled two cases out of court in 2016 but was ordered to pay $5 million to former employee Lauren Reeves, who claimed he put his hands on her throat and pushed her chair against a wall.

That case also included references to the “rape room” and her claim that he told her he needed to “buy supplies for it.”

In April 2019, he was ordered to pay $8 million in damages to a woman who claimed she was fired after refusing to have sex with her.

In September of that year, the judge declared a mistrial when a jury could not reach an agreement on a claim filed by former FilmOn account manager Elizabeth Taylor.

But in December of that year, he faced his biggest punishment yet when another jury awarded $58 million to Khan, who was represented in court by high-profile attorney Gloria Allred.

Khan alleged that David stuck his pelvis in her face and simulated oral sex, rubbed her vagina, frequently grabbed her pelvic area, plied her with unwanted kisses, gave her a lap dance in front of a client and put his hands under her dress had laid. to cup her breasts.

She testified that David also sometimes pulled down his pants, grabbed her by the neck and pushed her into his crotch.

David denied all claims of sexual misconduct and said: ‘I never touched any of these women’ challenging and disruptive during his multiple 2019 trials in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

He regularly burst into profanity-laced outbursts while mocking his accusers and their lawyers, earning him nearly $10,000 in sanctions and removal from the courtroom on several occasions.

That year, he was also arrested in St. Kitts after flying in on his private plane with reportedly 5,000 cannabis plants.

“They have completely exhausted my resources,” David said of his accusers to The Daily Beast in 2021.

“Luckily I have a wonderful mother, God bless her, who is very supportive.”

The Sunday Times’ annual Rich List estimates his current fortune at $3.7 billion, much of which comes from his wealthy Cypriot family, but David has claimed media estimates of his fortune have been vastly exaggerated.
