CNN reporter Sara Sidner was accosted live on air this morning as she reported from the West Bank, as an angry crowd of Palestinians told her: ‘F**k CNN – you’re not welcome here’ in the latest indicator of the situation in the region. bubbling hatred for America.
Sidner is among the network’s reporters who have been in the region since Hamas went to war on October 7. On Friday, she was reporting from a street in the West Bank – one of the two Palestinian territories – when she was approached by an angry man.
‘You are in favor of genocide. You’re not welcome here!’ he shouted at Sidner, moving closer to her face as others surrounded them.
‘F*** CNN! F*** CNN!’ they shouted as Sidner and her crew calmly walked away.

A crowd gathered as the man got closer to Sidner’s face, pointed at her and shouted “f**k CNN!”
The confrontation is further evidence of the growing aggression against the US in the Middle East and around the world.
Anti-American protests took place in Malaysia, Indonesia and Bangladesh on Friday, while Palestinian supporters turned out in the thousands elsewhere.
Earlier this week, the US military repelled drone attacks and missiles in Iraq, Syria and Yemen.
The USS Carney shot down two land-based missiles and three drones fired by Iran-backed Houthi militants in Yemen.
It is unclear whether the target was Israel or the ship. There were no injuries aboard the ship and no reports among civilians on land.

The incident was the fourth in three days of increased aggression against US forces in the region
On Tuesday, troops at al-Asad air base in Iraq intercepted three drones. In the north, troops from Al-Harir air base intercepted two more.
There were also attacks on troops in Syria, near al-Tanf air base near Syria’s borders with Iraq and Jordan.
Another was reported at Conoco airport. Islamic Resistance in Iraq, an Iranian-backed group, has claimed credit for the attempted attack on the Conoco base, but U.S. officials have yet to confirm that specific attack.
On Wednesday, a contractor at Al-Asad Air Base in Iraq died of a heart attack while sheltering amid reports of an incoming attack.
President Biden last night presented a generous $100 billion aid package for Israel and Ukraine.
“We cannot and will not let terrorists like Hamas and tyrants like Putin win,” Biden said in his speech from the Oval Office.
