A CNN segment discussing the impending imprisonment of disgraced biotech entrepreneur Elizabeth Holmes took a strange turn, when a guest went rogue and claimed she could end up as another inmate’s girlfriend.
Holmes will report to a Texas jail on Tuesday. She faces an 11-year prison sentence for defrauding investors through her blood testing company Theranos.
On Monday’s episode of CNN’s “News Central” with host Boris Sanchez, Larry Levine, who is described as a “consultant who helps prospective inmates transition into prison life,” was invited to discuss his prison life predictions for Holmes .
When asked what she should do on her last day of freedom, Levine made three suggestions that seemed to leave the host stunned.
‘Three things. I’m going to get a little rude here,” he began. “She should definitely spend some time with her kids. She should eat well and maybe have sex with her husband,’ he said.

“Because she… maybe she’ll be someone’s girlfriend in there because she’s not a bad looking woman,” Levine said as Sanchez laughed before interrupting.
Levine, who wore sunglasses and was dressed in a short-sleeved printed shirt covered in American flags, also claimed that Holmes could expect to be treated like an “asshole” by other inmates at the facility.
“Okay, Larry,” Sanchez said. “While we appreciate your advice, I’m not sure it’s best for an afternoon on Memorial Day. Thank you very much for the time. Again, appreciate the shirt. Thanks for sharing a part of your vacation with us, Larry. We appreciate it.’
‘Certainly. Goodbye,” Levine replied with a straight face.
Holmes has been released on bail since her sentencing in January 2022, most recently living in California with the father of her children, William ‘Billy’ Evans.
The two met in 2017, around the same time that Holmes was under investigation for the collapse of Theranos, a startup she founded after dropping out of Stanford University when she was just 19 years old.

Holmes, 39, is expected to surrender at noon Tuesday at a women’s camp in Bryan, Texas, about 100 miles from Houston, where she grew up dreaming of becoming the next Steve Jobs.
The convicted fraudster spent her final days of freedom soaking up the sun with her partner and two children on the beach in San Diego over Memorial Day Weekend.
As she begins her jail sentence today — 6,000 feet from her San Diego home — Holmes leaves behind two young children — a son born in July 2021 a few weeks before her trial begins and a 3-month-old daughter who was conceived after a jury had convicted her in January 2022 of four counts of fraud and conspiracy.
However, things could have turned out much worse for the disgraced former CEO. Her new home is barely Alcatraz and the minimum security prison has been dubbed “Club Fed” instead, where inmates don’t even have to sleep in cells.
The “Club Fed” prison she is expected to enter today is already no stranger to high-profile inmates. Among her roommates is fellow fraudster and one-time Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Jen Shah, who reported to jail in February to serve a six-and-a-half-year sentence for her part in a telemarketing scam.
