Clothing hacks on TikTok: How to get boyfriend to wear what you want

I’ve discovered a “cunning” tactic for predicting what shirt my friend will wear each morning – and it works every time

  • Woman leaves holes in boyfriend’s wardrobe
  • He always chooses a shirt in space

A woman has left millions of stitches after conducting a ‘social experiment’ to see if she can predict which shirt her boyfriend will wear every day.

Millie simply leaves a gap between two shirts hanging in her friend Angus’ wardrobe to see if he chooses to wear one of the tops for the day.

The young Briton is on the eighth episode of her experiment and so far Angus chooses a shirt on either side of the slit every time.

Millie shares her “investigation” online, winning millions of fans eager to see if Angus will ever break the pattern.

“What I put in his wardrobe, I left a gap on purpose, which means I predict he’ll either wear Reclaim Vintage today or just this beige T-shirt,” Millie said in a TikTok. clamp from the first day of her experiment.

“When he opens, there will be a little gap and being the simple soul that he is, he’ll just go for it because he can see it.”

Not long after, Angus entered the living room dressed for the day wearing the Reclaim Vintage T-shirt, much to Millie’s delight.

Every day Millie makes holes in Angus’ wardrobe and every day he chooses a shirt from the room.

She said she “feels crafty” and having deleted all of his social media apps last year, Angus is unaware of her experiment or how much it has “blown up” online.

Millie almost lost her cover when Angus’ colleague sent him a screenshot of one of Millie’s videos from Twitter.

For eight days, Angus has chosen a shirt in the gap Millie has made without fail. She documents the “research” online that generated millions of views and “likes.”

Millie said she “played the ‘weird’ card” and pretended not to know what it was about.

“We haven’t talked about it since, so I think we’re free, I know all good things must come to an end, but not yet,” she said, adding that she’s gearing up for the fifth installment.

On day six, Millie shook things up a bit and left two spots in Agnus’s shirts. On day seven, she celebrated an entire week of successfully predicting which top her boyfriend would wear.

She even did a special “festival edition” where she used the space to persuade Angus to wear one of his “funky shirts.”

Millie’s series of videos have collectively been viewed more than 9.5 million times and have had viewers ‘on the edge of their seats’ as they see how long the ‘sanitary’ joke will last.

“This is the funniest series and he seems like a nice guy. Just perfect internet content, thank you,” said one user.

“Please do this forever, it’s fascinating,” laughed another while a third said, “I’ve never been so invested in something that has no effect on my life.”

Others were impressed by Angus’ shirt collection, while some came up with creative names for Millie’s experiment.

“Can we please call this series ‘mind the gap’?” one woman joked.

‘Okay, four out of six days he chose the most correct one. Is he right handed??’ noted a second.

“Plot twist: He knows and is doing his own experiment on you,” a third added.
