Clippers star Kawhi Leonard’s stunning $17m LA mansion emerges unscathed after devastating wildfires
Los Angeles Clippers star Kawhi Leonard’s $17 million mansion in Pacific Palisades remains intact despite deadly wildfires that have wreaked havoc in the city.
LA has been left devastated after blazing flames broke out just west of downtown last Tuesday, destroying thousands of homes and killing 25 people.
At least 23 people are also estimated to be missing from the wreckage, with the number of deaths expected to rise as search and recovery operations continue.
Thousands of properties have been reduced to rubble by fires over the past week, including the childhood home of nine-time NBA champion Steve Kerr.
But in more photos obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com, Leonard’s property in prime Pacific Palisades — the neighborhood where the fires broke out last Tuesday — appears to be completely unscathed.
The luxury seven-bedroom apartment – which the Clippers small forward bought in 2021 – looks virtually untouched from the outside, despite being just a 15-minute drive from Kerr’s demolished home.

Leonard revealed last week that he was “stepping away” from NBA duty amid the LA wildfires
Last week, Leonard revealed that he “stepped away” from NBA duty with the Clippers hours before their game against the Nuggets to help family evacuated due to the Pacific Palisades wildfire.
The 33-year-old has been with the team since 2019 and is an integral part of the team, which sits seventh in the Western Conference.
While his family was evacuated, Leonard’s home in Palisades fortunately avoided damage from the wildfires over the past seven days.
The 12,000-square-foot mansion is a custom-built Hampton-style home with an infinity pool with a cabana, a spa, a 960-bottle wine cellar and a 10-person movie theater, as well as a master suite with a private balcony and fireplace.
It also offers spectacular panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and the Santa Monica Conservancy.
Leonard and the Clippers returned to action Monday night against the Miami Heat at the Intuit Dome after Saturday’s game against the Charlotte Hornets was postponed due to the fires.
He scored six points in 21 minutes as LA claimed a 109-98 victory in emotional circumstances after the devastating events of the past week.

The two-time NBA Finals MVP only made his season debut earlier this month after missing the first 34 games of the year with an injury.
“I’m taking my time,” he said after enjoying another run. ‘I’ve done that in the past and it got me on the bench, so I’m good where I am now.’
Leonard did not play in the fourth quarter of a game in which the Clippers trailed by 13 early.
“Glad we won,” he said. ‘Good team win.’
The Clippers are now 21-17 and sixth in the West.
“I’m just really playing and trying to do my job to help the team win,” Leonard added.
