The Buffalo Bills have landed quarterback Josh Allen with a true No. 1 receiver as they have reportedly traded for Amari Cooper from the Browns.
According to Jordan Schultz of Fox Sportsthe Browns will receive a third-round pick in exchange for Cooper, while the Bills will also receive a sixth-round pick in exchange for a seventh-round pick.
Cooper was previously linked to the injury-decimated Kansas City Chiefs, who lost Rashee Rice and Marquise “Hollywood” Brown to injuries.
The trade comes six months after the Bills traded previous No. 1 wideout Stefon Diggs to the Texans.
Allen has teamed up with wide receivers Khalil Shakir, Keon Coleman, Curtis Samuel and tight end Dalton Kincaid as his top targets this season.
