Cleveland Browns’ Myles Garrett dislocates his toe during the NFL’s first-ever Pro Bowl Games

Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett limped off the field during one of Sunday’s flag football games in Las Vegas, and the team later confirmed reports that he had dislocated a toe.

It seems that taking tackling out of the equation didn’t prevent all injuries in the Pro Bowl openers.

X-rays of the toe came back negative, the Browns added. It was unclear how long the injury would sideline Garrett as the offseason begins.

The former No. 1 overall draft pick in 2017 was a fourth-time Pro Bowl selection.

Through 16 games in the 2022 season, Garrett amassed 16 sacks (tying his career high), two forced fumbles, and 60 total tackles.

Garrett is incredibly durable, having only missed one game this season following a car accident.

He missed one game during the 2022 season as a result of a car accident, in which he flipped his Porsche, but he’s been pretty durable throughout his stellar career.

He played all 17 games last season and has never appeared in fewer than 10 games since he was the first overall pick in the 2017 NFL draft.

The injury cut short Garrett’s third straight of four Pro Bowl appearances.

In the final flag football game of the Pro Bowl Games, the NFC posted a 35-33 victory over the AFC to end the conference’s five-game losing streak.

NFC Pro Bowl Games head coach Eli Manning was able to secure a victory over his older brother Peytin Manning who was coaching the AFC team.
