The Coronation Street actress, 53, took to Instagram on Sunday to share a glimpse of their glamorous evening, where they teamed up with Matt Lucas and Andrew Whyment.
Claire, who was hosting an award, pulled out all the stops as she went braless in a plunging silver Eliza Jane Howell dress.
The television personality briefly posed to show off her outfit before cozying up with boxer Ricky, 46, who rocked an embossed black suit.
They also posed for a photo with Nicky Johnstone at home before heading to the party.

The couple, who hit it off after both appearing on Dancing On Ice in January, recently celebrated Ricky’s 46th birthday with family and friends in sun-soaked Tenerife.
The boxer revealed the couple are still going ‘like a house on fire’ after returning from holiday.
When asked by The Sun how their holiday went, he replied: ‘It was great. Claire is just like me, I met someone who I get along with like a house on fire.
‘She’s just like me. We spend all the time together laughing. Claire is just like me: she is so down to earth.’
‘She would never turn down a photo with a fan and she always has time for people. That’s what I love about her. We just had a lot of fun.”
Their sun-soaked outing took place just weeks after they made their red carpet debut in Manchester.
An insider recently revealed that Claire is also planning to introduce retired boxer Hatton to her family, including her nine-year-old son Jaxon.
