Claire Danes shows off growing baby bump as she enjoys a rainy walk with husband Hugh Dancy in NYC

Claire Danes showed off her maternity style as she enjoyed a rainy walk with her husband, Hugh Dancy, in New York City on Saturday.

The beloved couple — who announced they were expecting their third child in January — held umbrellas as Claire rocked her burgeoning belly in a sky-blue dress.

The Romeo + Juliet star wore her shoulder-length blonde locks tucked under a white headband and appeared to be makeup-free for her day out.

The Emmy-winning actress, 43, wore a leather backpack over a cream sweater and accessorized it with silver earrings, a silver bracelet and a watch.

Meanwhile, Hugh, 47, looked handsome in a gray shirt under a navy blue blazer paired with chambray blue trousers.

The couple have been married for 13 years and have two sons – Cyrus Michael Christopher, 10, and Rowan, four.

During a recent appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Claire revealed how her sons reacted when they found out she was pregnant.

The My So-Called Life alumnus said her oldest son Cyrus “sort of resigned himself to it,” as she joked about her four-year-old, “I mean, the worst has already happened — his name is Rowan.”

The award-winning actress commented: ‘But Rowan has more to lose, more is at stake. And he was categorically against the idea.’

She continued playfully, “He said, ‘Yeah, no, no, no, I don’t like it. I like quiet, mommy.’ I was like, that’s rich, because the guy doesn’t shut up.”

The blonde beauty shared that the youngster had a sweet suggestion, saying, “If it comes out of your belly, we’ll give it to a family that doesn’t have a baby because we’re done.”

The Fleishman is in Trouble star was able to convince Rowan by explaining his future role as big brother.

“He wasn’t that excited, but then we talked about when the baby comes out, it’s going to be pretty dumb.” [and] don’t know much [and will] need help and some education.”

Danes debuted her little bump at the 80th Golden Globes in January in a plunging white Giambattista Valli gown with a pink bow and fringed hem.

Posing outside the awards show, Danes revealed her third pregnancy was “not as expected.”

“Mommy mode is fine. This one was – not so expected – but we are very happy, and here we go!’ Claire said ETby Kevin Frazier and Nischelle Turner.
