Claire Danes leads the red carpet glamour in a shimmering silver gown as she joins Fleishman Is In Trouble co-star Lizzy Caplan at pre-Emmys party
Claire Danes made sure she was in the spotlight on Saturday night as FX and Vanity Fair co-hosted a star-studded Hollywood party.
The Homeland actress turned heads in a glittering silver dress as she posed for photos at Sunset Towers, where she attended the Fearless Television Emmy party.
The sleeveless halterneck proved to be a fashion highlight as Danes, 44, rubbed shoulders with guests including her Fleishman Is In Trouble co-star Lizzy Caplan.
Caplan, 41, was joined by her husband, British actor Tom Riley, as she headed to the Hollywood location ahead of her final public appearance.
While Danes stole the show, her co-star looked just as stylish in a plunging black lace and silk evening gown that accentuated her slim physique.

Other guests on the evening included the man of the moment, Jeremy Allen White, whose profile has soared thanks to his starring role in a recent Calvin Klein underwear campaign.
Luckily, the briefs were covered under loose-fitting trousers as White, 32, greeted onlookers on the red carpet.
Hollywood legend Danny DeVito, 79, also joined the party along with his actress daughter Lucy, 40.
Both Danes and Kaplan have received Emmy nominations for their respective roles in FX drama Fleishman Is In Trouble, while White can be seen for his starring role in HBO hit The Bear.
HBO’s Succession tops this year’s nominations list with 27, followed by post-apocalyptic drama The Last of Us at 24 and The White Lotus at 23.
Perennial favorite Ted Lasso leads the comedy section with 21 nods.
Danes appeared to attend the event without husband Hugh Dancy, with whom she also shares sons Cyrus, 11, and Rowan, six.
The couple met in 2006 while working together on the film Evening, and their engagement followed just over a year later. In 2009, they exchanged vows during an intimate service in France.

This romantic union unfolded shortly after Danes attracted attention for her involvement with Billy Crudup, who left his pregnant wife, Mary-Louise Parker, at the time.
Danes and Cruddup’s relationship lasted two years before they decided to split.
“That was scary,” Danes said of the scandal to Howard Stern in 2015. ‘That was really difficult. I didn’t know how not to do that.
“I was just in love with him and had to explore that, and I was 24… I didn’t quite know what those consequences would be… But it’s okay… I went through it.”
Danes had previously spoken out about the affair: “That was a choice I made to fall in love,” she told BlackBook in 2009.
“It’s unpleasant to be cast in such an unflattering role, but I just had to stand my ground.”
