Speaking candidly with Syrian-American journalist Hala Gorani, Crawford also reflected on decisions he’s made throughout his career along with advice he shared with his children Kaia, 21, and Presley Gerber, 23, when they started to model.
Revealing that she took the reins very early in her career, Cindy explained: “I was doing Vogue and Revlon and then Playboy, and people couldn’t understand why I would take any chances.” I gave up getting paid to be in control, to have approval of every image.’
During the talk, she also talked about her new documentary that will be released later this year, which tells the story of 1980s-era supermodels.
