The Selling Sunset alum, 35 — who recently gave a stylish presentation at the Diesel runway show — split from the tech entrepreneur after he was arrested at their LA home earlier this year in March for assault with a deadly weapon.
She was soon granted a temporary restraining order and he filed for divorce in early April, shortly after the incident.
In the latest update, amid their divorce, a Los Angeles judge granted Richard – aka Christian Dumontet – a mental health diversion in his criminal case, per We weekly.
A source said he will have to undergo therapy sessions for a year, do community service and pay restitution.

If Christian continues to provide positive feedback and reports throughout the year, his misdemeanor case could potentially be dismissed.
Court documents obtained by Us Weekly show that Quinn attended a hearing late last month on September 24 and challenged the judge’s ruling.
The TV personality did so with an “emotional” victim impact statement in which she asked that Richard’s request for mental health diversion be denied.
Her lawyer also filed documents in the family law case showing that Christian had violated a number of so-called temporary restraining orders.
After the judge granted Quinn’s ex mental health diversion, he is still ordered to stay away from Christine under the TRO – with the next hearing in their case scheduled for next year on January 28, 2025 .
The reality star has also claimed that her estranged husband has contacted some of her family members, including her father.
She claimed Richard asked them to pass a message to her saying he wanted to have “a simple, friendly conversation” that could “make a night and day difference.”
It was also claimed that just five minutes after the court appearance on September 24, Quinn received a message from an unknown ‘burner’ phone – and the text told her to ‘chill out’.

Christine’s attorney, Jacqueline Sparagna, told Us Weekly after the judge’s ruling, “We hope that Mr. Dumontet takes this opportunity to get the help he so clearly needs.”
And Richard’s attorney, Alexandra Kazarian, responded to Quinn’s claims in a statement to Us Weekly, saying, “The depths of Ms. Quinn’s delusions are once again exposed.”
“Her wild and baseless accusations have not stopped and her lack of credibility can best be understood when read in conjunction with the LAPD’s unprecedented public statement that her claims about hotel room wiretapping and alleged surveillance by Christian were baseless.”
Kazarian added, “The reality is that Ms. Quinn enjoyed complete financial and personal independence during the marriage, while spending more than $30,000 of his money every month.”
“And now faces a divorce without a prenuptial agreement, and must pay back the community property with the millions she earned during the marriage.”
In August, Christian filed a motion to revoke the temporary restraining order against him.
He asked the court in documents obtained by Page sixto drop the order also allowing Christine sole access to their marital mansion in Hollywood Hills.
The reason for his request was that he received “a utility bill of over $10,000.”
He further claimed that since July 18, 2024, he has also been receiving “daily criminal fines from the Los Angeles Vector Control for abandonment and lack of maintenance of the property.”
Quinn’s ex also stated in the filing that he has been hit with “thousands of dollars” in fines but cannot resolve the issues because he is not allowed to visit the Los Angeles home.
He claimed that his legal team has attempted to contact Quinn and her representation but has not yet heard back.

In addition to the $10,000 utility bill, Christian Quinn is also asking to reimburse him for “$29,000 in rental value per month for the house,” as well as the cost of the luxury Hermes bags he purchased during their wedding.
His attorney, Alexandra Kazarian, said in an email attached to the filing, per Page Six: “Mr. Dumontet also claims CP compensation for the various Hermes bags that were purchased on behalf of your client together with his own property ‘as an investment object’.’
The broker’s own legal team has dismissed the claims over the $10,000 water bill.
Quinn’s attorney stated, “There is no water damage or emergency situation in the home. We believe this is just an unpaid LADWP bill that has not been paid for months.”
“There have been ongoing issues with water leaks since September 2023, when a pipe burst flooded the basement.”
In March, Christian was seen in handcuffs outside their home when he was arrested for allegedly throwing a “bag of glass” that hit their son.
However, the retired tech entrepreneur was arrested for a second time when he returned to the LA home and violated the restraining order.
He has denied hitting their son and claimed an argument broke out because their dogs urinated on some of his personal belongings. TMZ reported at the time.
Christian claimed he picked up a bag of trash and threw it against the wall, but his wife and son were never hit.
In April, the Selling Sunset alum was granted a temporary restraining order against Christian, and just days later he filed for divorce, while also asking for sole custody of their son.
