While the former couple is in the midst of a divorce battle, her ex-husband filed a motion earlier this week, Tuesday, to have the temporary restraining order against him lifted.

He asked the court, in documents obtained by Page Six Wednesday to drop an order that also gives Christine sole access to their Hollywood Hills wedding home.

The reason for his request was that he received a “utility bill in excess of $10,000.”

He further alleged that since July 18, 2024, he has been receiving “daily fines from Los Angeles Vector Control for abandonment and poor maintenance of the property.”

Quinn’s ex also stated in the filing that he has been hit with “thousands of dollars” in fines but is unable to resolve the issues because he is not allowed to visit the Los Angeles home.

He claims his legal team has attempted to contact Quinn and her representation, but have yet to receive a response.

‘Mr. Dumontet is the sole owner of the property, as separate property. There is no marital interest in the property and no funds were commingled during the marriage that would have converted the property into joint property.’

“It is clear that Ms. Quinn does not maintain the property as a marital home, nor as a family home for the child. Ms. Quinn does not reside at the property and has not maintained it since at least July of this year,” the documents state.

In addition to the $10,000 utility bill, Christian also wants Quinn to pay him back “$29,000 a month in rental value for the house,” as well as the cost of the luxury Hermès bags he bought during their marriage.

His attorney, Alexandra Kazarian, said in an email attached to the case file, per page six: “Mr. Dumontet is also requesting CP reimbursement for the various Hermes bags purchased with his separate properties “as investment objects” at the request of your client.”

The realtor’s own legal team has dismissed the claims over the $10,000 water bill.

Quinn’s attorney stated, “There is no water damage or emergency in the home. We believe this is simply an unpaid LADWP bill that has not been paid in months.”

‘There have been problems with water leakage since September 2023, when a pipe burst and the basement flooded.’

In March, Christian was spotted outside their home in handcuffs and arrested for allegedly throwing a “bag of glass,” hitting their son.

However, the retired tech entrepreneur was arrested for a second time when he returned to his LA home and violated the restraining order.

He denies hitting his son and claims an argument broke out because their dogs urinated on his personal belongings. TMZ reported at the time.
