Christine McGuinness sizzles in a tiny mini dress and tasselled bra as she celebrates her birthday

Christine McGuinness sent the temperature soaring when she posted a raunchy video to mark her 35th birthday on Monday.

Taking to Instagram, the reality star shared a BTS look from a recent photo shoot in which she donned a skimpy minidress with a tasseled bra, which she cheekily twirled for the camera.

The dazzling gown hugged every inch of her stunning figure and featured metallic trim as well as white marabou feathers at the hem.

Christine showed off her long, elegant pins and slid her feet onto a pair of sky-high silver platforms.

Sporting a radiant makeup palette with a mainstay box red lip, she wore her blonde tresses in loose curls.

Holding a birthday cake in one hand to mark her big day, she oozed confidence on camera before collapsing into giggles.

She captioned the clip: “Imagine not showing up for your own life.”

“It’s my 35th birthday and I’m going to give myself the gift of embracing my wonderfully chaotic brain, enjoying the rain and rainbows, living freely to the fullest.”

christina she was diagnosed with autism two years ago at 31. Her three children, twins Penelope and Leo, nine, and Felicity, seven, are also autistic.

He continued, “Side note… I’m preparing for the school run and I don’t have any plans for today, but this video was more fun.”

It comes after Christine opened up about difficulties at school as a teenager with undiagnosed autism, saying it led her to pray that her life would “just end.”

The revelation has led her to reassess her life experiences, which she has explored in her new BBC documentary, Unmasking My Autism, released on Wednesday.

And speaking on the latest episode of the Heart’s Dirty Mother Pukka podcast hosted by Anna Whitehouse and Polly Hazlewood, Christine shared more details about the difficulties of growing up with autism.

The model revealed that the traumatic experiences meant she had trouble making friends at school and ultimately led her to drop out of education at the age of 14.

She said: ‘It was the worst as a teenager. It was so bad that I was suicidal, really.

And no one understood that I did not understand what the problem was. But even though she had family around her, my mother, she loved her so much that she had no idea how she felt.

‘But I used to pray that I wouldn’t wake up. I used to pray that my life would end and I convinced myself that no one would notice and that was in 2014.

She went on to describe specific times at school that would make her anxious, including eating in the lunchroom with the other kids.

She continued: “There were always times throughout my life where things happened or I found myself in situations, especially at school, where I really struggled and ended up leaving school quite young – I was 14 years old.

Raising awareness: Christine’s three children; Twins Penelope and Leo, 9, and Felicity, 7, whom she shares with her husband Paddy, also have autism.

‘And the attendance before that was horrible. It was all because he couldn’t cope with certain situations.

‘Like I said, I’m not good at socializing so I didn’t have any friends. I didn’t like eating in the canteen because it was too much. And I felt like that was really sensitive.

When all three of Christine’s children were diagnosed with autism before the age of four, she began to investigate whether there might be a genetic link.

After an evaluation, which she described as a “long process”, she was diagnosed when she was 31, a result that was “instant relief”.

She added that she would always be grateful to her children for teaching her about a condition she knew nothing about, saying this helped her understand herself.

The mother-of-three continued: ‘So I was diagnosed at 31 and it was instant relief, like a penny dropped.

‘And it was quite an emotional day. Suddenly my whole life had made sense. It’s been a completely different life since then, it’s been so much better.

She added that she would always be grateful to her children for teaching her about a condition she knew nothing about, saying this helped her understand herself.

She said: ‘I’m so, so grateful that I didn’t get over what I felt as a teenager and that I found purpose, not just in being a mother, but in being the mother of three autistic children. of whom I am very proud.

And I am very happy that they are the way they are because they have been the best teachers for me.

“They have taught me more than anyone could have taught me in my entire life, because they have taught me about a condition I knew nothing about, which has therefore helped me understand myself.”

It comes after Christine revealed in her autism documentary that she “didn’t want to live” after the horrifying ordeals of her childhood.

The reality star was sexually abused from the ages of nine to 11 and raped as a teenager.

And Christine has recounted how the trauma left her feeling suicidal and praying every night that she wouldn’t ‘wake up in the morning’.

Christine highlights in her new documentary Unmasking My Autism how the disorder can make people more vulnerable to sexual abuse.

She said while breaking down in tears on the show: “My relationships before I met Patrick weren’t very good, I would say they were all pretty bad experiences.”

The TV personality was married to Paddy McGuinness, 49, for 11 years before they announced their split last July.
