Christine Lampard has provided a rare insight into the blended family life she shares with husband Frank Lampard and her struggles with anxiety.
In a new interview, the TV presenter, 44, spoke about being a mother to Patricia, four, and Freddie, two, as well as daughters Luna, 17, and Isla, 15, whom Frank shares with his ex, Elen Rivas, 48.
Speak against Women&Home magazine, Christine said, “Freddie just turned two, so he’s a whirlwind.
“Those two are funny and wonderful and exhausting. I think they’ve taken all the energy from me, but it’s worth it.’
The Loose Women star said about her marriage to Frank: ‘We try to prioritize each other’s needs and the needs of the children, but when he was still playing football, he was away at least two or three nights a week to train afterwards.

“Now we do our best to eat out, or if we can, a night on the couch.”
The brunette beauty also explained that her life now is very different from when she first met Frank’s daughters and that she can’t remember the life before. She added, “Being part of a blended family is wonderful. I can’t remember life before.
‘When I first met Isla and Luna they were two and four – now they are 16 and almost 18 and have just completed their GCSEs and A levels.
Christine also confessed that she sometimes struggles with her mental health.
She said, “I’m not always positive. I have flat days like everyone else, but I take the small wins, which is what my mom always taught me.
She also always said: “Your health is your wealth”. We didn’t go on flashy vacations abroad like my friends did, but I look back on my early childhood as such a happy time because I grew up with gratitude for little things.
“I suffered from severe anxiety as a result of growing up during the Troubles. My dad was a musician at a time when people would go into restaurants or bars and shoot around them. I couldn’t sleep until I heard Dad’s car on the bricks outside.”
She added, “I still have that feeling at night sometimes, but now it’s being led by kids.” Sometimes I have to talk myself off the ledge.’
Christine, who gave birth to her second child Freddie in March 2021, also explained how she appreciates walking to keep her petite frame in shape.
She said, “I swear by walking to stay in shape. My sister lost seven stones in her late teens just from walking.

“I love a gym and a class, but I can’t get motivated to go — but I can walk seven or eight miles with both kids in the stroller and the dog by my side.”
“My hair started falling out and I lost a lot after I had the kids, so I started taking vitamins.”
Her comments come after Loose Women, a show Christine sometimes fronts, announced its first-ever live tour.
The popular lunchtime talk show, which has a weekly reach of 2.9 million people, is swapping the studio for the stage as it takes to the road with an iconic panel, kicking off this fall at Birmingham Symphony Hall and set to open on September 16. locations.
