Although she is taking a step back from acting, Christina told the publication that she is looking for voice-over work.
“Doing a ton of voiceovers to make some money to make sure my daughter is fed and we’re home,” she joked.
Dead To Me premiered in 2019 and aired its final episode in November 2022.

In her chat with the LA Times, Christina said she was “a mess every day” while filming the final season of Dead To Me while “struggling” with her multiple sclerosis symptoms.
“But most of that accident would take place by myself in my trailer,” she recalled.
The production took a five-month break so that he could undergo the treatment he needed.

“There were times where I would break down on set and say, ‘I can’t, we have to take a break, I need half an hour,’ and everyone was so loving that it was fine,” she continued.
Christina praised the show’s ‘incredible’ cast and crew for giving her the support and understanding she needed to get through the difficult shoot.
Multiple sclerosis is a disease in which the immune system wears down the protective covering of the nerves, interrupting the flow of information between the brain and the body.
Christina’s diagnosis came after years of overlooked symptoms, including balance/mobility issues, as well as tingling and numbness in her arms and legs.
The Sweetest Thing actress now struggles to walk without the support of a cane, which she previously described as her “new normal.” Treatment and her lack of mobility have resulted in weight gain.

Christina previously battled breast cancer in 2008, which led to her having a double mastectomy. She had her ovaries and fallopian tubes removed in 2017.
