The 27-year-old YouTuber and fitness model filed for bankruptcy last year and her day in court was to evaluate her property and financial circumstances as a means of meeting the debt.
Arriving at the courthouse, she carried a Louis Vuitton handbag worth $2,840 as she prepared for the inquest to determine if she was able to repay her debts.
Holding a vape in one hand, Swadling was supported by her heavily tattooed boyfriend as she rocked up in an LBD with a dangerously high thigh split.
The social media personality unsuccessfully tried to shield herself from the rain by holding a book over her head.
The results of her financial investigation on Thursday are unclear
In February, it was revealed that Swadling was out of business after an anonymous user on the Tattle Life forums paid $15 to obtain the paperwork for her bankruptcy filing.
She listed her job as an “advertising and marketing professional” in the paperwork filed Dec. 29.
Her bankruptcy status was “unpaid,” meaning she had yet to repay certain debts.
It also meant that she would not be able to borrow from financial institutions again without the announcement of her bankruptcy.
The release of the debtor’s petition did not specify outstanding debts and the results of her financial inquiry on Thursday are unclear.
