She is tennis player Genie Bocuhard, with whom he has had a romance in recent months.
Genie wore a bikini as she stood next to model Jack for the public display of affection at Donna Karan's New Year's Eve party in a tropical location.
This comes more than two years after Jack split from model Nina Agdal, who is now engaged to boxer Logan Paul.
