On Friday, her children quickly wished her a happy birthday on social media.

The Siren has three children with three different men: Alexa Ray Joel with Billy Joel, Jack Paris Brinkley Cook with Richard Taubman, and Sailor Brinkley Cook with Peter Cook.

Sailor shared, “HAPPY SEXY 70, MOM!”

Alexa then said, “Congratulations to this ever beautiful, pure, n’ precious mother of mine… who always feels like home to me. I gotta make you a song, mom… here are the lyrics: ‘Christie Lee, Christie Lee / You’re the star-spangled girl they all want to see / Shiny sweetness laid in rows of sunflower hair. – Mother O’ Mine, By me.’

Last week, the Vacation actress shared how she has managed to maintain her youthful looks all these decades after the big hit in the 1970s.

The beauty joined in the conversation Peoplesaying that she’s okay with having a few lines here and there, and also admitting that she’s tried Botox in the past but doesn’t like having too much done to her face.

The magazine also focuses on looking great while aging naturally. ‘I want to accept certain wrinkles. That’s the way I approach growing older,” the former Vogue cover girl said.

“Sometimes, as people get older, and they overdo it, they can look waxy and – I don’t know what the word is – preserved or something. I want my face to have a little life on it, you know?”

She does Fraxel treatments twice a year to help with sun damage, she said.

To promote the interview, she posted a funny post on Instagram. “I still have a few days of my Sexy Sixties before I dance my Sensational Seventies on February 2,” crooner Billy Joel’s ex began.

‘I already know that it will be a spectacular year!’

The mother of three then added, “I know because that’s my plan and I’m old enough to know that it’s up to me to make sure!”

“I used to tell my kids to go out and have a great day, and now I tell myself I’m going to make it a great year.”

She then went on to say that she has had “a lot of close calls” and that she feels “lucky and grateful to be here” – probably referring to her skiing accident.

She added: “I just can’t believe I got here so QUICKLY! It goes by quickly, so my advice to all you young people out there… Love, Laugh and LIVE IT UP! .’

She spoke to the publication while hosting Pet Life Unlimited’s Furever Young senior dog adoption event at the Animal Haven shelter in New York City.

“I feel like the number doesn’t fit my spirit, so I might as well just move on,” she added. “I think they all pass certain things on to us,” she explained.

But she feels great. “I’m shocked because at that age I didn’t feel the way I thought I should feel,” she explained.

“I don’t think focusing on age will make you feel better.” And she shared her tip for looking young: “I think being curious about the world around you and just wanting to do something with every day is what keeps you young and going,” she noted.

Family keeps her grounded, she also said: She has daughters Alexa Ray, 37, and Sailor, 24, as well as son Jack, 27.

“I just love anytime I have family and friends around me, being able to just sit and laugh – I think laughter heals everything,” she continued.

In 2022, the star spoke about her figure. The actress was seen in a crop top and shorts as she stretched out on the beach while giving some great advice.

“If you eat too much, it’s not as easy to lose weight, so here’s a tried-and-true tip that will help you feel your best,” the model said.

She said: ‘Avoid the sugar and exercise, it’s not about the size of your thighs.’

The blonde also said: ‘Vibrant, good health will be your prize! Reminder: If you buy a bottle this month, you’ll be putting your tree planting efforts into full swing!

On her Insta stories, she demonstrated her healthy eating tricks, which don’t skimp on taste but rely heavily on freshly picked fruit.

In one post, she shared a photo of freshly cut papaya with greenery on top.

The Cover Girl model captioned the photo: “My neighbors grew this papaya! Look at the rich color! I’m planting the seeds of this papaya!’

In another post, she showed off her breakfast, which seemed to consist mainly of fresh fruit.

‘Today’s breakfast! Chia seeds really fill you up quickly, are a great source of fiber and quercetin, an antioxidant, which can reduce your risk of developing several health problems, including heart disease!’

And in another post you saw blueberries and raspberries over chia seeds mixed with ‘milk substitute’ and pecans on top.

‘Also easy to make, just add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds for every half cup of milk substitute of choice. I love it made with coconut milk or oat milk. Just put it in the refrigerator and it will puff up. Ta Da!

“Add fruit drops with honey if you have a sweet tooth.”
