Christian Horner accuser ‘is angry and upset she was never shown full sex-text dossier’ which cleared him of ‘inappropriate behaviour’… after launching an appeal against Red Bull’s investigation of the team principal
The woman who accused Red Bull team boss Christian Horner of ‘inappropriate behaviour’ is reportedly ‘angry and upset’ because she was never shown the full file, leading to him being cleared of any wrongdoing.
They originally accused team boss Christian Horner of ‘coercive behaviour’, but an internal investigation involving a QC cleared him last month and he remained in charge of the first two races of the season.
Messages suggesting her conversations with Horner, the 50-year-old husband of former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell, were leaked the day after the investigation cleared him.
Mail Sport revealed on Friday that the woman at the center of the ‘sex-text’ scandal – who has since been suspended with full pay – had appealed Red Bull’s findings.
This has now been reported by The sun that she had filed a complaint against him with the FIA, and is also unhappy that she was unable to view the full report.

A Sun source is quoted as saying: ‘She was not allowed to see the full report Horner released and has no clarity on why the investigation reached its conclusion. A timetable for her appeal process is being drawn up.”
It is added that Horner has also not seen the full file, while Red Bull was not aware of any complaint to the FIA.
The woman, who has been suspended with pay, recently changed lawyers – a precursor to her latest legal action.
The suggestive WhatsApp correspondence was sent from an anonymous email address to 149 figures in Formula 1.
Halliwell has shown support for her husband despite the ongoing saga, appearing alongside him at the first two races of the season.
It is believed the female employee insists she was not the source of the explosive evidence. And someone close to her says she feels ‘let down’ by Red Bull and that she ‘behaved correctly during the process’.
A friend of the woman had told MailOnline exclusively: ‘She is so disappointed with how it all went, especially as she did everything by the book.
‘She has raised her concerns privately and has done everything right, but she feels very let down by the company.

Reports also emerged that Helmut Marko (left) could be suspended after claims were made that he leaked information about the ongoing Horner situation, which he denied
“They suspended her because she followed the proper procedure carefully and correctly.”
Jos Verstappen, father of world champion Max Verstappen, a well-known Horner critic, also denies leaking the information.
However, Red Bull star Max’s father exclusively told Mail Sport that Red Bull would ‘explode’ if Horner did not leave the team – during the weekend of the season opener in Bahrain.
Three-time world champion Max has now called for ‘peace’ at the racing team amid the ongoing situation.
It came after he threatened to walk away from Red Bull if adviser Helmut Marko was suspended following claims he had leaked information to the media.
Marko has since insisted he will remain at Red Bull, with the 80-year-old motorsport consultant holding talks about his future with Red Bull sporting head Oliver Mintzlaff in the Jeddah paddock.
Red Bull and Max Verstappen continue to dominate on the track, despite the team’s off-track dramas
Earlier this week, Red Bull denied claims that Horner would be fired before the next Formula 1 Grand Prix in Australia on March 24.
Horner said before the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix that it was time to “draw a line” on the saga.
The 50-year-old added: “A complaint was made, fully investigated and dismissed. We move on.’
