Chrissy Teigen humorously poked fun at her husband, John Legend, for not knowing what a grand slam was after attending the first game of the World Series on Friday.
The media personality, 38 — who recently wowed at the 2024 InStyle Imagemaker Awards in Bel Air — jumped to the comments section of the All Of Me singer’s post uploaded to Instagram.
He had stopped for a few memorable photos with children Luna, eight, and Miles, six, as the trio watched the Los Angeles Dodgers beat the New York Yankees at Dodgers Stadium.
In the caption he wrote: ‘Wow. One of the craziest live sports moments I’ve seen. Run off the grand slam in the bottom of the 10th. Great World Series Game 1!”
However, Teigen quickly took to the comments section and joked, “You didn’t even know it was a grand slam until I told you not to post the receipts.”

John played along and then responded to Chrissy by saying “@chrissyteigen true!” to type. I missed the intentional walk because they don’t let them go through the 4-pitch charade anymore.”
The beauty appeared not to have attended the Los Angeles competition, nor did their youngest children, Esti, one, and Wren, also one.
In the photos, Legend was seen wearing a stylish light blue denim jacket, a plain white shirt and white jeans.
His eldest child, Luna, wore a blue Dodgers cap, as did son Miles, who also wore a warm Dodgers blanket as they cheered on the Los Angeles team.
In another snap, his daughter lovingly wrapped her arms around her dad as the pair posed for a quick selfie together while sitting in the stands.
Finally, for the big night, John was also joined by photographer Mike Rosenthal and they stopped for a photo together after crossing paths.
Notably, the Dodgers won Friday’s game by a score of 6-3, and will play game two in the World Series on Saturday in LA.
Game one was a star-studded event, attracting other celebrities such as pregnant Jennifer Lawrence, Billie Eilish, Kendrick Lamar, Ashton Kutcher and also Mila Kunis.

Chrissy and John seem to be big fans of baseball, and earlier this month the couple celebrated the Dodgers winning and heading to the World Series.
Teigen shared a video to her Instagram Stories as she accompanied John, Luna and Miles to the game at Dodgers Stadium last weekend.
As the mother of four sat close to Luna, she also filmed her husband excitedly shouting, “Go to the [World] Series, baby!’
Despite not being in attendance on Friday, Chrissy has been busy and looking forward to the 2024 InStyle Imagemaker Awards on Thursday in Bel Air.
She showed off her toned figure in a black, semi-sheer halter dress that fell down and hit the floor.
The star’s long locks were parted in the middle and flowed effortlessly in waves of light down her shoulders.
Teigen completed the look with a pair of gold earrings and chunky gold bracelets on each of her wrists.
And last Saturday, she dressed to impress once again as she radiated old Hollywood glamor with John as they attended the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures Gala in LA.

The Cravings author wore a figure-hugging, off-white strapless dress with glittering layered details on the side.
A long train flowed down behind her for an elegant glow, and for the finishing touch she added a glittering necklace.
Legend was smartly dressed in a cream blazer, white shirt and black trousers. To complete the ensemble, the singer added a black bow tie and sleek shoes.
The couple, who tied the knot in 2013, clung together as they took a break for a quick photo session on the red carpet.
Chrissy and John share Luna, Miles, Esti and Wren – who was born via surrogate in June 2023. In 2020, the couple lost son Jack when Teigen was 20 weeks pregnant due to a partial placental abruption.
She had initially stated that she had suffered a miscarriage, but later in 2022 Chrissy revealed that she had had a life-saving abortion.
And during a recent interview on the Club Shay Shay podcast in an episode that aired Wednesday, John opened up about the experience.
‘My wife was just over fifteen weeks old when she had to have an abortion. She had a miscarriage and bled out, and all these things happened.”

Host Shannon Sharpe then said, “Her life was in danger,” while Legend agreed, “Her life was in danger.”
Chrissy and her family are also preparing for Halloween and she recently told People, “We love Halloween. But now it’s about Halloween for kids.”
“I actually prefer kids’ clothes because they’re so fun and so cute and daytime, and I can still go to bed early and everything.”
She then revealed that her son Miles wanted to dress up as Marshmello, saying: “He’s obsessed with DJ Marshmello so he’ll be that one…”
