Teigen, 38, captioned the image: “When the flash hits your boob lift scars” with a trio of fire emojis as she appeared in a few photos alongside her Grammy-winning musical husband, 45.
Referring to the sheer dress she wore, which showed off her chest, Teigen told her 42.6 million followers: “Y’all zooming in, I can feel it!!!”
Teigen and the All of Me singer attended the Vanity Fair Oscars party on Sunday, and the series of images from Tuesday’s Instagram post were taken while they were at Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s afterparty.
She was dressed in a sheer black shoulderless dress with an embellished sheer wrap around her waist, with pointed heels. Teigen had her brown locks styled back and accessorized with earrings at the luxurious bash.

Teigen told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live earlier this year that she has had surgery on her breasts three times. The revelation came during a game called The Lies Have It! Teigen starred with Below Deck’s Kate Chastain, 41, who was also a guest on the Jan. 30 edition of the Bravo chat show.
The Lip Sync Battle personality said, “I’ve had my boobs done three times…I don’t even understand this game.”
She continued, “I feel like the boob job thing is never coming back and now no one will know,” later clarifying that it was true.
Describing the procedures she underwent, Teigen said, “I’ve had a lift, an in and out. I do not like them’
The Sports Illustrated swimsuit alum had detailed the surgeries she underwent in a March 2020 article Glamor Britain.
Teigen said at the time, “It was more for a swimsuit thing. I thought if I’m going to pose, laid on my back, I want them to be perky! But then you have babies and they fill with milk and empty, and now I’m fucked.’
The cookbook author added, “I had a quarter teardrop cup at the bottom and filled in the breast line. But I want them out now. If I could do one thing, it would be a lift.”
