The outing comes a day after Chrissy humorously hit back at trolls who claimed she and husband John Legend used a surrogate to welcome their third child together, daughter Esti.
She refuted their wild theories by sharing a photo from when her baby girl was born.

“She didn’t have a surrogate,” another Instagram user wrote.
This prompted a self-professed Teigen fan to claim that Chrissy had used a moonbump, also known as a prosthetic bump.
“Well… the truth is Chrissy was born male. During “her pregnancy” they used something called a moonbump. If you’re not familiar with the moon bump, just Google it. By the way, I’m a big fan of Chrissy,” the Instagram user added.
An apparently amused Chrissy reposted the conversation on her Instagram Stories.
“Obsessed by this comment,” she wrote.
The model put an end to the rumors by posting a photo taken during her C-section, capturing the moment her youngest was born while on the operating table. “Extremely realistic moon bump,” she joked.
Chrissy continued to shake off the trolls as she left WWHL with a big smile on her face.
