Chrissy Teigen and husband John Legend have their hands full with their four children.
The model and television personality gave birth to their second daughter Esti in January and son Wren came via surrogate in June.
Now just a month into living as a family of six, including daughter Luna, age seven, and son Miles, age five, the Cravings cookbook author had a big break with little Wren on Sunday and couldn’t wait to share it with the world.
The proud mama took to Instagram and posted a video of Wren caught on camera showing off a big beaming smile.
‘FINALLLLLLLYYYYY! A smile,” Teigen shared in the caption, which sounds like this is the first time she’s been able to crack a smile on her son.

The 10-second short video begins with Teigen cradling Wren in her arms as she sits on a couch in the living room of their Beverly Hills mansion.
‘Hey look. Oh my God. Oh my god,” the former Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue model can be heard excitedly announcing when she notices her son Wren starting to smile.
“You get it?” asks the proud mother of three of the person assigned the task of filming mother and son at this milestone moment.
“Oh my god, it’s so big,” she blurts out even louder, referring to his wide, beaming grin.
In the clip, the former Lip Sync Battle star can be seen looking down at her boy, who is dressed in a white patterned onesie.
At first Wren just stares back at his mom with a relaxed look on his face, but after a few seconds he starts showing off his infectious grin.
And the little guy holds that sweet smile for more than a few seconds, much to his mom’s delight.

They had decided to go down that road after a heartbreaking pregnancy loss in 2020.
But Teigen got pregnant with baby Esti last year and then gave birth to the adorable little girl on Jan. 13.

As seen in the hilarious photo, most if not almost all people are intent on choosing pills and surgeries as a cure for health problems, rather than making a lifestyle change for things like high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
Showing off her sense of humor and honesty, Teigen posted her image in the long line on the left, which is the people choosing what appears to be the easier path of medication and surgery, which isn’t always the healthier choice between the two.
