According to the outlet, New York City police officers quickly arrived at Rock’s home, but it was already too late.
The sources said the gawker appeared to have made a hasty exit as soon as Rock spotted him on the fire escape.

He allegedly got into a white Mercedes near Rock’s house and drove off. Law enforcement sources did not note whether he was apparently alone or if someone was in the car with him.
