Chris Pratt shared a rare snapshot of his son Jack on Saturday in honor of his birthday.
The actor shared photos of the two spending time together on a farm and posted a message on Instagram to give his son a sweet shout-out on his 12th birthday.
In his caption, Pratt, 45, wrote a note dedicated to his eldest child: “Happy Birthday to my wonderful son Jack. I thank God every day for you sweet boy.”
He continued, “You are so smart, hilarious, kind, thoughtful, trustworthy, and tough. I love you so much, little one. Twelve!? I honestly can’t believe it.”
The Guardians of the Galaxy star, who is currently expecting his third child with wife Katherine Schwarzenegger, shares pre-pubescence with his first wife, Anna Faris, 47.

Included in his photo album of five photos at the ranch was a photo of himself admiring his son as he bottle-fed a calf on the ranch.
He also shared a photo of Jack showing a herd of goats eating from a trough.
The former Parks and Recreation employee also shared a photo of Jack petting a horse, feeding sheep, and hugging an adorable lamb.
The father-son duo wore casual and comfortable clothes for Jack’s birthday party and their day together at the ranch.
Pratt wore a black zip-up hoodie and matching dark pants.
He also wore camouflage-patterned rubber boots and a baseball cap with a similar print.
Like his father, Jack wore a black T-shirt and a hat: a black and white trucker cap.
Pratt’s eldest son wore red plaid pants and sage green rubber slippers.

Some of the Marvel actor’s shared photos also appeared to be from a different day, suggesting they turned their ranch visit into a multi-day trip, as Jack was seen wearing different clothes.
Jack is Pratt’s eldest child, his first and only from his marriage to his ex-wife Faris.
Pratt became a father for the first time when he and his ex-wife welcomed Jack in 2012.
The former couple was married for almost ten years, from 2009 to 2018.
After his breakup with Faris, he married Schwarzenegger in 2019.
After their first year of marriage, Pratt and Schwarzenegger welcomed their first child together, daughter Lyla Maria, now four years old.
Shortly after, they welcomed their second daughter, two-year-old Eloise Christina, and are currently expecting their third child together.

The Los Angeles native paired the look with a white T-shirt and gold jewelry, while flashing a friendly smile.
“The best party planner in history,” the Jurassic World actor wrote in the caption.
The mother of two wore her locks loose and slightly curled, as they fell over her shoulders.
It appeared she was standing in a pink decorated backyard, complete with a bouncy castle and balloons.
His post about his wife received hundreds of comments of support and congratulations from their fans.
