Chris Pratt and his wife Katherine Schwarzenegger officially became parents of three when they welcomed their third child, a baby boy, into the world.
Schwarzenegger announced the news on Monday that she gave birth to a son named Ford Fitzgerald Pratt on Friday, November 8.
“We are overjoyed to announce the birth of our son, Ford Fitzgerald Pratt,” she captioned the since-deleted post. “Mom and baby are doing well and Ford’s siblings are happy about his arrival. We feel so blessed and grateful. I love Katherine and Chris,” the couple wrote in a joint post.
The Jurassic World actor, 45, and Katherine, 34, already share two daughters: Lyla, four, and Eloise, two. He is also father to son Jack, 12, whom he shares with ex-wife Anna Faris.
DailyMail.com has reached out to both representatives but has not heard back at this time.

Earlier this year, in June, it was revealed that the author was expecting baby number three – and the couple notably waited until the birth of their child to find out the gender.
During an interview on Today Last month in October, the topic of the baby’s gender came up and Pratt simply explained, “We don’t know.” I have my son Jack and then the two girls. So we don’t know. We wait.’
However, the actor added, “I have a feeling. I have an intuition, but I won’t say what it is right now, in case I’m wrong and that kid sees this. One day, child, you will know. I knew it.’
After the baby news came to light, Katherine was spotted showing off her growing baby bump on several outings and on social media.
In July, Arnold Schwarzenegger’s daughter flashed a cheerful smile as she showed off her burgeoning baby bump in a pink gingham jumpsuit.
Last week, both Chris and Katherine were spotted taking a walk together in Los Angeles – after the actor received backlash for sharing his thoughts on the presidential election.
During the daytime excursion, Schwarzenegger was seen wearing a figure-hugging black bodysuit that showed off her baby bump.
In May, the Guardians Of The Galaxy star revealed the “huge difference” between raising his son and daughters while opening up about parenthood.

He had talked about his children during an interview E! News while promoting his animated film, The Garfield Movie.
‘I hate to make generalizations based on gender, but in my experience, girls are more emotional. They have me wrapped around their finger. It’s wild,” Pratt told the outlet.
He added that both his son and daughters are “cuddly and cuddly,” but explained that his girls “don’t really like rough house.”
Chris said, “I’ll hit them with a pillow and they’ll say, ‘Dad, that hurt my feelings.’ They would rather hear stories than struggle.”
The star also explained that his daughters “take after their mother, who is incredibly organized.”
“But even the differences between my two daughters show that every child is a little different.”
Pratt later explained why he enjoyed taking on his latest role as Garfield, stating that voice acting offers “the kind of roles that I can be at home with.”
“It works nice to have a job where I can put my kids to bed at night and be present.” Recording a voice work means it’s a film I don’t have to be on the road for.’
Pratt started dating Katherine in the summer of 2018, and the couple tied the knot in June the following year.
The first daughter, Lyla, was welcomed into the world in 2020 and their second little girl was born in May 2022.

He was also previously married to actress Anna Faris from 2009 to 2018, and the former couple share son Jack.
Over the past two Mother’s Day holidays, social media users pointed out Chris’s failure to give Faris a shout-out.
Last year, the Passengers actor was branded ‘trash’ and ‘the worst’ for leaving out his ex-wife during his Mother’s Day tribute.
It came not long after he was embroiled in controversy for praising his wife Katherine for giving him “a beautiful, healthy daughter” after Eloise was born.
Some social media users speculated that his words were an attack on Anna Faris after their son Jack was born prematurely and struggled with medical conditions.
Pratt admitted that the response had caused him to have an emotional reaction. “That’s damned. My son is going to read that one day. He’s nine. And it’s etched in digital stone,” he said at the time.
Katherine has also opened up about motherhood and how she feels about asking for help balancing parenting and work.
At a lunch event last year, per People, She said: ‘I’m a big supporter of it. I feel like on Instagram we see all these moms who are like, “I do it all, I do it all, I do it all by myself,” Blah-Blah and I’m like, “I don’t want to do it all by myself.” .

“I want to lean on my sister, I want to lean on my mom, I want to lean on my friends, my mom friends.”
Schwarzenegger added, “I want to be honest and transparent and also say, ‘I can’t make it through this today. My child is sick. She was up all night teething. I have to be a mother now.”
“So I think you can be open about the fact that you don’t have to do everything, that you can lean on people, that you can get help from others and be okay with that.”
“That’s, I think, such a big struggle for women in general, but I think, especially when you’re balancing multiple roles, you say, ‘I need help today,’ and that’s OK.”
