Chris Pratt and his rarely-seen son Jack, 12, go wild with excitement at Dodgers-Yankees World Series game

Chris Pratt and his son Jack appeared to be having the time of their lives as they cheered on the Los Angeles Dodgers during World Series Game 1 on Friday.

While watching their team face and defeat the New York Yankees, the actor, ages 45 and 12, was seen going wild among the more than 52,000 other fans in attendance at Dodger Stadium as they reached the Jumbotron.

While on screen, the father-son duo, who wore matching Dodgers jerseys and baseball caps, stood up and waved enthusiastically.

Pratt shares Jack with his ex-wife, Anna Faris, to whom he was married from 2009 to 2018.

The Guardians of the Galaxy star has since remarried best-selling author Katherine Schwarzenegger, who is currently pregnant with their third child.

Pratt and Schwarzenegger share daughters Lyla, four, and Eloise, two.

Their baby on the way could happen any day now, as Pratt teased earlier this month that Schwarzenegger could go into labor at “any time now.”

The footage from Jumbotron, uploaded to TikTok by Yahoo Sportswhich also featured John Legend sitting next to his daughter Luna, eight, and son Miles, six.

Other famous faces in the audience included Jennifer Lawrence, Billie Eilish, Anthony Anderson, Bryan Cranston and Jimmy Kimmel.

Last year, Pratt and Jack made headlines after attending a Dodgers game together.

‘What a day! Jack and I got to take the mound together, eat our body weight in Dodger Dogs, and deliver the opening announcement of the game!” the Parks and Recreation alum captioned a slideshow of their day at the ballpark.

He continued, “Thank you @claytonkershaw for asking me to throw the first pitch for Faith and Family Day yesterday, what an honor! Let’s go, Dodgers!’

In August, Jack, whose photos Pratt and Faris don’t usually post on social media, turned 12.

To celebrate this special day, Pratt shared a heartfelt birthday tribute to Jack on his Instagram.

‘Congratulations to my wonderful son Jack. I thank God for you every day, sweet boy,” he wrote alongside photos of them together on a farm.

He continued, “You are so smart, hilarious, kind, thoughtful, trustworthy and tough. I love you so much, little one. Twelve!? I honestly can’t believe it.’

In 2023, Pratt advised people to “rush” have children to give you more time together.

In the interview he advised people ‘not to wait’ to have children and that having children was ‘incredible’.

Speak with Men’s magazinehe said, “People keep saying, ‘Don’t rush to have children.’ Personally, I don’t agree with that. Hast. Have them. Of course, make sure you find a good partner, but don’t wait too long.’

He explained, “I was talking to Adam Sandler a while ago and he said, ‘Every day you wait is a day they can’t have you in their lives.’

‘The younger your children, the more time they get with you.

‘It’s wild. Having children is incredible. The things you normally take for granted in life are new. As they get older, it becomes more about connecting with them as individuals and what makes them unique.

‘The softness of their hearts. How their minds work. How they are the same as you. How different they are.’

Chris added that becoming a father had affected his career, as it influenced the choice of which roles he chooses.

He said: ‘Just as being a father changes the kind of actor you are, it can certainly change the kind of roles you want to be involved in.

“I found myself wanting to make more PG movies. I watch a lot because my kids want to watch them, and to be honest, some of them are bad. And I’m sitting there thinking, this is terrible.

“So in addition to wanting to make films that would entertain my children, I also think about making films that are compassionate to parents.”
