Chris Pratt and Anna Faris’ former LA mansion lists for $7.5M after they sold the Mediterranean-style estate in 2020 – years after their divorce

Chris Pratt and ex-wife Anna Faris’ former LA home is back on the market for $7.5 million.

The 45-year-old Guardians of the Galaxy star and the 47-year-old Scary Movie actress, who split in 2017 after eight years of marriage, first sold their Mediterranean-style estate in 2020 for $4.75 million, two years after their messy divorce was finalized.

The ex-couple bought the home in 2013 for $3.3 million and were required by divorce proceedings to “live within five miles of each other until their son completed sixth grade,” according to The New York Post.

It is currently owned by Brett Mahoney, executive producer and showrunner of hit TV series such as CSI: Miami, The Following and Eli Stone.

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom home is currently being sold by Billy Rose and Natasha Sizlo of The Agency.

The 4,700-square-foot home was built in 1979 and features three fireplaces and a home theater. Anna and Chris reportedly added their own additions to the home at that time.

The two-story home has thirteen parking spaces and features a beautiful heated pool and spa with views of the gorge and mountains.

It also features a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit, tennis court and a private gym.

The interior of the house features impressive wood and marble floors, and has adjustable heating and air conditioning.

It has a light and minimalist theme with glass doors and large panel windows.

The house is located in the posh Hollywood Hills, with surrounding homes for sale for up to $12,995,000.

The estimated payment for the luxury estate is set at $46,390 per month, according to Zillow.

Chris and Anna announced their split in August 2017 in a joint Facebook post that read, “Anna and I are sad to announce that we are legally separating. We have tried for a long time and we are very disappointed.”

The couple, who share a son, Jack, 12, added: “Our son has two parents who love him very much and for his sake we want to keep this situation as private as possible. We still love each other, will always cherish our time together and continue to have the deepest respect for one another.”

They were first introduced in 2007 on the set of Take Me Home Tonight, but at the time Anna was married to actor Ben Indra.

After their split, Chris started a new relationship with actress Katherine Schwarzenegger, whom he married just a year later in 2019.

In 2021, Anna and cinematographer Michael Barrett got married. They previously worked together on projects such as Overboard (2018).

Earlier this year, Chris angered fans after publicly dissing his ex-wife Anna again on Mother’s Day.

For the second year in a row, the actor left his ex-wife out of his Mother’s Day tribute.

To celebrate the holiday, he posted a loving post on Instagram, especially for his wife Katherine and mother Kathy Pratt.

In his post, the Marvel star praised Schwarzenegger for being a wonderful mother to their daughters Lyla, three, and Eloise, almost two, and for also being a stepmom to Jack.

And despite raising their son together, just like last year, he didn’t say a word about Faris on Mother’s Day.

On his social media page, he shared a series of snaps of the key women in his life, but chose not to include his ex-wife, to whom he was married for nearly a decade, from 2009 to 2018.

In his caption, he wrote a letter of praise, with fans pointing out that the Scary Movie star was missing, and left several scathing comments, while others defended him.

He also made headlines in 2021 when he thanked Schwarzenegger for bringing “a beautiful, healthy daughter” into the world. Fans assumed it was meant as a dig at his ex-wife, who gave birth to their son Jack prematurely in 2014.

The following year, he said he had “cried” over the negative reactions and called himself “f***ed up” that his son might see the comments “someday.”
