Chris Pine’s level of calm has led him to go viral in an unusual way amid all the behind-the-scenes drama associated with Don’t Worry Darling and its much talked about feud between director Olivia Wilde and leading lady Florence Pugh.
The actor, 42, took part in the junket for the film at the Venice Film Festival on Monday, with fans noticing him zoning and ‘dissociating’ from the entire ordeal.
Perhaps the most viral clip from the press conference showed Pine’s reaction to a bizarre quote from pop star–turned–actor Harry Styles.
‘You know my favorite thing about the movie? Like it feels like a movie it feels like a real like go to the theater film movie that you know you kind of… the reason why you go to watch something on the big screen,’ Styles said during the press conference.
The clip was captured by Twitter user @romansgerri, showing Pine’s reaction to the comments, with the user commenting: ‘You can almost see the screams catching in his throat.’
