Chris Moyles has revealed that he lost 1.5 kilos in weight during his three weeks in the Australian jungle while starring on I’m A Celebrity Get Me out of Here!.
The 48-year-old radio presenter told an interview on his Radio X breakfast show on Friday that it’s “the lowest weight he’s been since school.”
Chris previously made headlines when he lost six stone over the course of more than five years by changing his unhealthy lifestyle.

Speaking of his new figure, he said, “You’re weighed in right at the start and then the first thing you do when you come out is to make sure you don’t lose the plot. So yes, I lost weight – I lost a stone and a half.
“I don’t know if you can tell if I’m taking off my T-shirt, but look, it’s flat from my chest all the way down. It’s the lowest weight I’ve had since school!’

The comedian described his strict regimen of weighing himself daily and barely eating all day from Monday to Friday before enjoying himself on weekends.
He said, “Before I locked in on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, I’d do the show, we’d have a quick meeting… and then I’d go to the gym and work out 11-12 or 11-1 depending on how fat I was.” felt. I feel really fat right now!
