The living area has an open plan design with a large kitchen, breakfast bench and adjacent dining area.
Meanwhile, the oversized master bedroom has a huge en-suite bathroom.
The beautiful house is built on a hillside 5 km from Byron Bay and is surrounded by lush forest. It offers panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
Designed by sought-after Byron Bay architects, Harley Graham, the plans also include space for a water tank and enough solar panels to provide 1.5kW of energy.

The house has been under construction for a year, with DA amended in mid-2022, which approved an outdoor pool.

The famous Hollywood couple announced last September that they had received permission to build a second home on their 35-acre property.
Hemsworth bought the land for $4.25 million in 2019 and proposed $4.4 million in works, bringing the completed property to $8.6 million, the Daily Telegraph reports.

Meanwhile, Zocchi says he has the The Hemsworth clan develop their physiques for blockbuster roles.
Last year, he revealed that Chris’s wife, Elsa Pataky, 46, recently used the same program Chris followed for his blockbuster, Thor: Love & Thunder.
He said she did it to get in shape for her role as the very ripped Captain JJ Collins in Netflix’s Interceptor — which left her in “the best shape of her life.”
It comes after Zocchi announced his engagement to fiancé Maria Babic last November.
