Chris Hemsworth reveals family secret about his twin sons with Elsa Pataky
Chris Hemsworth revealed a fun family fact during a radio interview on Friday.
The Transformers One star, 41, told Nova’s Jase and Lauren shows that he lets his twin sons, Tristan and Sasha, 10, cut their own hair.
The confession came after presenter Lauren Phillips told the actor that she had spotted the young duo’s unique hairstyles on the red carpet at the Transformers One premiere in Sydney.
“I want to talk to you about your sons’ haircuts, Chris,” she said.
“I saw them on the red carpet. Is that you, Edward Scissorhands, doing your best Edward Scissorhands, because no hairdresser puts their name on those haircuts?”
Chris admitted that his sons and a group of friends now give each other quirky bowl-shaped haircuts.
“My two boys and about six of their friends have all started doing these kind of bowl cuts,” he admitted.
‘Tristan, his buddy did that and then he went to the hairdresser to have his hair straightened. So that was done by a professional.’

The Thor star added that he used the scissors to create Sasha’s look, but was constantly supervising.
“I cut Sasha’s hair myself, but I had strict instructions about what to do,” he said.
Lauren called the haircut “the worst haircut I’ve ever seen,” but Chris was also quite cutting in his comments.
“I thought, ‘You look like Lloyd Christmas from Dumb & Dumber,’” he said, referring to Jim Carey’s character in the iconic comedy.

“They said, ‘What? Shut up, Dad, I hate you.'”
Chris then asked Lauren if she wanted to let him loose on her locks, to which the radio host gave a resounding “no.”
The actor was left red-faced earlier this month after revealing the shocking results of the shocking haircut he gave his 10-year-old twin sons Sasha and Tristan.
The Marvel action hero posted a photo on Instagram showing his twin sons with their messy hairdos after their famous dad gave them a bad haircut.
The boys looked utterly mortified in the surprise photo, which was captioned with Chris’ hilarious words: ‘Making hijackings has always been my greatest passion.’
Many of Hemsworth’s followers were quick to take to the comments to share their thoughts on the hilarious photo.
“Hemsworth scissorhands,” Phillips wrote, while Isla Fisher added, “Haahhahahah.”
“THIS is why Thor cried,” said a third person.
“Luckily for them, horrible haircuts are the latest fashion,” someone else joked.
