Chris Evans has given a rare glimpse into his life as the father of four young children with his wife Natasha Shishmanian.

They met in 2005 and married in 2007 after becoming golf partners at the All Star Cup celebrity tournament in Newport, Wales.
And the radio host has now given fans an inside look at his role as a family man in a recent Instagram post showcasing his four little ones.

Previously, Chris revealed that his eldest son, Noah, was banned from owning a mobile phone, as he admitted they “scare the hell out of me.”
The radio DJ also doesn’t have a cell phone of his own and believes it has improved his mental health by reducing his anxiety and making him a better parent.

He explained: ‘Noah is the only kid in his year without a phone. She added that she felt that children learned better with books than with their phones and that she was “happier without them.”
