Chris Eubank alienates himself from his Scared Of The Dark co-stars with another outrageous demand
Chris Eubank will dumbfound his fellow Scared Of The Dark contestants on Monday night, after being told to stop killing their spontaneity with his endless lectures.
The former boxer inadvertently expelled himself from the group with a seemingly relentless series of complaints and orders – including an apparent intolerance for foul language.
But he gets dressing down on episode two of the Channel 4 show while talking to blind comedian Chris McCausland.
“I’d like you to stop telling people how to behave and not be themselves,” he said. “These are people who are themselves… you trample on their spontaneity and they have to be themselves.”
As former Love Island contestant Chloe Burrows – who managed to alienate Eubank within minutes of meeting – listens in, the boxer seems to lose his temper after claiming that the group often act like “kids.”
“There’s a great saying,” he warns the comic. ‘It goes like this; less said, easier to recover. I don’t want to have to correct the things I say to you, so don’t test me.’
Eubank also burst into tears over the death of his son Sebastian during an emotional moment on the next episode of the new reality show Scared Of The Dark.
Sebastian, the third eldest of Chris’ five children, tragically passed away from a heart attack caused by an undiagnosed heart condition while swimming, just a week short of his 30th birthday in 2021.
On last night’s episode of the Channel 4 programme, comedian Chris McCausland asked 56-year-old Chris about the loss and if it was recent.
The boxer replied, “It will always be recent.”
He got emotional and added, “He was everything. He was me. Poet, philosopher, lover, protector, a man of love. He was me.

“Things he did, he was magnificent. My son was, is and always will be a source of inspiration.’
Chris said to the camera, “Your son… they never, ever leave you. They are always with you. Always.
“My son Sebastian is much more than I could ever explain to you.
“The tragedy of losing a son who is 29, imagine crying so hard and being thankful months later that you cried so hard for your son. It wasn’t one tear, it was an ocean.’
When Sebastian passed away in 2021, Chris wrote a heartfelt tribute on social media, telling his fans, “Never did I ever think I would write these words or experience the feeling I have now at the loss of my son.
“My family and I are devastated to learn that Sebastian passed away just days before his 30th birthday.
Sebastian grew up in Hove, England, but in recent years has made his life in Dubai, where he had a wide circle of friends and was a leader in the adoption of healthy lifestyles and alternative therapies.
Sebastian was not only a personal trainer and boxer, but also a deep thinker who liked to challenge the prevailing wisdom.
“He was loved and respected by all who knew him and will forever be in the thoughts of friends and family.”
Sebastian was also a boxer and lived with his wife Salma Abdelati, 42, and son Raheem, who was born 32 days before his father’s death, in the United Arab Emirates.
Salma said she hopes Raheem, now two, becomes a heart surgeon in memory of his father who was named the Alka Lion and fought in two professional fights and won both.
After his son’s death, Chris told Good Morning Britain: ‘I can’t tell you how proud I am of this man. He was my son and I loved him.
“Every moment we spent together was my favorite, but there were so many moments I missed when we weren’t together.”

Salma said she wanted her son to be a surgeon, adding: ‘If he takes up athletics as a side job I wouldn’t mind. For me he must have a profession that helps people.’
The 42-year-old, who lost her father shortly after her husband, added: ‘Seb was so proud of his father and felt very close to him. It was a deep and spiritual relationship. I see many similarities in that.’
Salma, who is originally from Sudan but grew up in Britain, said it was comforting to hear boxing legend Chris tell her son, “You’re amazing” – and she believed that Sebastian, whom she described as “pure”, wish I did. be happy and move on’.
Chris made an impact last night on the first episode of Scared Of The Dark, in a rant against Paul Gascoigne after the ex-footballer told a rude story.
The former England player, 55, had told an X-rated story about ‘relieving’ herself in the toilet after meeting the late Margaret Thatcher at 10 Downing Street in 1990.
And while all the other contestants burst into laughter, a furious Chris berated Paul before going wild in a confessional.
The former Tottenham Hotspur player had teased a ‘sexy story’ before admitting: ‘I can get myself into trouble here, but when I got to 10 Downing Street I put my arm around Maggie Thatcher.
“Oh, God Almighty, I felt myself getting hard, and I thought, ‘Quick, I better just let this go’. So I quickly went to the toilet and just swatted one out.’

“Horny bit just came out of us and I wasn’t about to walk in with a boner so I just quickly…”
Visibly unimpressed, Chris replied, “It’s such a shame it’s probably true. OK, so let’s lift the octave or class. Let’s lift it.
‘What you’ve done there, Paul, is you talk in the pub, man. That’s not for here.’
When he realized that the room had fallen silent, he added, “But maybe I’ll ruin the party.” Yes, so do what you want. I’m very tired. I have to sleep.’
Chris later told the camera, “I don’t know Gazza. And I don’t want to know Gazza. Because that’s drinking. That’s all that crap.
‘He’s brutal. He drinks you out from under the table. He is a legend that is not legendary. What is legendary is Paul. Paul and what he did.
“He was a superstar in football. I want to get to know Paul. He’s a beautiful man.’
Scared Of The Dark will be shown on Channel 4 for five nights until Thursday at 9pm.
