Chris D’Elia has denied ever meeting a woman who received a temporary restraining order against him from a Los Angeles judge.
The 42-year-old comedian was accused by Caroline Schmitz of sending threatening messages, according to court documents filed in Los Angeles. TMZ reported on Thursday.
Schmitz claimed she met D’Elia in 2017 when she was a working comedian and they were in touch several times, court documents say.

The restraining order filed alleged that D’Elia had contacted Schmitz through OnlyFans in May.
Schmitz claimed that D’Elia was behind an OnlyFans profile that threatened to post intimate videos of her and advised her to leave Los Angeles, according to court documents.
“These allegations are as fantastic as they are defamatory. Chris has never met this person,” D’Elia’s attorney Andrew Brettler told TMZ.
“But over the past year, she’s been sending him more and more disturbing text and audio messages, including threats against him and his family. If anyone gets a restraining order here, it’ll be Chris,” Brettler added.
