Chris Brown accuser claims star ‘raped and drugged’ her during a yacht party outside Diddy’s Miami mansion

Chris Brown’s accuser has alleged that the singer drugged and raped her during a yacht party outside Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Miami mansion four years ago.

The woman – whose identity is only Jane Doe – made the claims against Brown, 35, in an upcoming Investigation Discovery documentary titled Chris Brown: A History Of Violence, which airs on Sunday, October 27.

Diddy’s homes in Beverly Hills and Miami were raided by Homeland Security earlier this year in March during a sex trafficking investigation.

After being arrested last month in September, the disgraced rapper is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, where he is “sad and lonely.”

Brown’s accuser explained that she moved to Los Angeles in 2020 to pursue a career in dance. People. In December of that year she went to Miami with a friend.

While she was in town, she had received an invitation to a party that took place on a yacht near Diddy’s mansion in Miami.

During the party, she noticed that Chris Brown was also present and wanted to talk to the singer in hopes that he could “maybe help me or guide me or give me some advice.”

She claimed: ‘We had talked and he gave me a drink. I’m not even sure… this is when my memory starts to get a little strange.’

“I don’t remember if I saw him pour it, but I just drank it and he just gave me another drink. As I stood there, I started to feel tired and my body felt a little heavy.’

The woman then claimed the Forever singer took her into a bedroom, saying: ‘I remember laying back and thinking, ‘Why can’t I get up?’

She claimed: ‘The next thing I know he was on top of me and I couldn’t move and I said ‘No’ and then I felt him…The next thing I knew he was inside me. I was so disgusted by it.”

His accuser then alleged that Brown picked up her phone and texted herself on it.

‘I think most girls would be happy… I didn’t want that. This is not what I wanted,” she said.

The woman claimed she spoke to Chris after the alleged incident to get “clarity.”

But after undergoing therapy, she claims she was finally able to understand and come to terms with the fact that she had been sexually assaulted.

‘I’m sure. Instead of telling myself it wasn’t. It was. It was rape,” the woman alleged.

Two years earlier, in 2022, Jane Doe claimed that a legal team contacted her in an attempt to build a case against Brown.

However, a judge had dismissed it “without prejudice” for “lack of prosecution,” per NBCand when they discovered text messages between the woman and Chris after the alleged incident occurred, her lawyers dropped her as well.

But one of the lawyers, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, is now representing the woman again and, according to People, said: “I love my client and I believe what happened to her is 100% true.”

“I feel like I failed her as a lawyer because I couldn’t make her feel comfortable with me in such a short time where she felt 100% comfortable coming to me. ‘

The woman said, “Even if Jane Doe came forward, some people still found out who I was.”

And in regards to speaking out in the documentary, she added: “If I come forward with this, I hope I can shed light on what really happened.”

Brown’s lawyers have since denied the allegations – and so has Ariel Mitchell-Kidd Page six that Diddy had been on the yacht at the time of the alleged incident.

However, the woman apparently did not accuse Diddy of participating in the alleged rape.

The woman’s lawyer stated: ‘The yacht was behind his home on Star Island. We now believe he may have owned or chartered the yacht.”

Mitchell-Kidd added: ‘We have not been able to confirm this and therefore we have not specified the type of ownership.’

A source close to Diddy told Page Six, “These allegations have absolutely nothing to do with Diddy and there is no evidence of any wrongdoing against him.”

Combs is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) in Brooklyn following his arrest in September and the incarceration is not going well for the disgraced rapper, prison expert Larry Levine said.

Levine, principal and founder of Wall Street Prison Consultants, appeared on DailyMail.com’s popular podcast, The trial against Diddywhere he revealed that Combs receives daily visits from a psychological team that monitors his mental health.

“He’s not really under suicide watch, but my inside source there tells me that someone comes by several times a day to visit him, you know, just to make sure he’s okay,” said Levine.

He added: ‘Someone from the psychology department comes to visit him, so it’s like a game they play with the prisoners. Remember, he doesn’t play chess. He’s alone in a cell.’

Combs was arrested on federal charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation for the purpose of prostitution.

Levine, whose company prepares defendants for life in prison and helps them navigate rehabilitation and other prison programs, claims Combs is already receiving preferential treatment in the Brooklyn jail.

‘My sources tell me that [Combs] gets extra showers per week,” Levine said. ‘I don’t know how much. It probably varies. They give them extra privileges.’

Known for its horrific conditions and violent incidents, MDC currently houses approximately 1,200 inmates.

Other notorious criminals, including Jeffrey Epstein, his “madam” and associate Ghislaine Maxwell and R&B singer R. Kelly, have been held at the Brooklyn facility.

Numerous deaths have occurred at MDC, prompting several civil lawsuits against the prison for wrongful deaths.

This week, Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee and other attorneys filed seven new federal civil lawsuits alleging that Combs sexually assaulted or raped the plaintiffs in separate incidents between 2000 and 2022.

Two of the anonymous accusers are men and three are women, including one who alleged that Combs drugged and raped her when she was 13 years old at a VMA after-party in 2000.

The Busby law firm represents about 120 alleged victims who the company announced earlier this month would be filing a lawsuit against the Bad Boy producer.

Meanwhile, Combs’ lawyers are still trying to get him out of jail and have filed an appeal with the 2nd US Circuit Court after two judges denied his bail. The case will be discussed during the hearing on November 4.

“He lives a lonely existence,” Levine said of Combs. “He’s got a target on his back and you know… the fact is he’s got too many people.

“Someone will have to get him out and it won’t be the prisoners because they can’t reach him.”
