Chloe Szepanowski’s fans have sounded the alarm after she posted a video tour of her new home just over a year after a masked intruder broke into her previous home and forced her family to move out.
On Saturday, the 24-year-old influencer offered a peek at her gorgeous new beach property, which she shares with partner Mitch Orval and their two young children.
‘A little tour of our living room and master bedroom!’ the Queensland social media star captioned the video.
Describing the interior design, she said, “We opted for a minimalist vibe, neutral tones and green for freshness.”
Chloe said she was inspired by the Japanese aesthetic styles of Wabi-sabi and Japandi when decorating her beach path.

However, Chloe’s followers have since raised the alarm and reminded her of the disturbing incident where her previous home was broken into last year.

“They took my keys and tried to steal my car, while Mitch’s car was in the driveway so they couldn’t get out,” Chloe said.
“It was actually Mitch and this guy going head-to-head in the front yard… the guy tried to run Mitch over with my car several times.
“I thought Mitch was going to die in the driveway.”
“This is the third time in 2022 that our house has been broken into, but this time it was really traumatic for the whole family,” she added.
Chloe said she learned the value of security that night, especially after having her son in the house while it was all happening.
“You go into crazy survival mode and fight when someone is in your house and you have a cub [one] protect,” she said.

She and Mitch have not returned to their property since the attempted invasion and have hired other people to move their belongings ‘so we didn’t have to face it again’.
